Mary Saia
PT, PMA-CPT
Throughout my life, I have consistently prioritized health and fitness. In the 1980s, I entered into the field of physical therapy.
I have had the privilege of working in diverse settings, ultimately settling into the role of a Home Health Care provider, which allowed me to balance my work with the care of my four children. I cared for my mother, who was diagnosed with a Parkinsonian Syndrome. Following my mother’s passing, I shifted my focus to Balanced Body Pilates training and instruction.
I am particularly drawn to the synergy between Pilates and physical therapy, as it safely enables individuals to achieve an active and comfortable lifestyle. I am deeply passionate about helping people gain their highest quality of life. Pilates helps maximize strength and flexibility and it is FUN!.
